Thanks to the combination of software applications and real-time data from the property, the Hamburg-based company stands for efficient and sustainable management of residential properties. This is also accompanied by a growing level of service for tenants, from the first rental contact to building management.

Started as the project developer of Germany’s first digital student residence, the “Living House Berlin,” Reos has been aiming to strengthen the connection between people and buildings through cutting-edge technologies and innovation since 2017.

In the collaboration, Trustventure supported Reos in the preparation of financing rounds as well as strategic and operational challenges in the area of finance.
