firstwire is a German fintech, building a marketplace for decentralizing finance in debt capital markets with the aim to empower corporates to self-arrange debt funding directly with institutional investors and cutting out arranging banks with the help of blockchain technology.
Trustventure supported firstwire in the preparation and execution of a financing round.
Part of the project was, among other things, the preparation of the necessary financial models and investor decks for the financing round, as well as the development and maintenance of a data room structure. In addition, Trustventure supported the structuring of investor approaches and advised the founders during the due diligence process. In particular, Trustventure supported the Q&A process and managed the communication between all parties involved.
As result of our collaboration, firstwire has been able to raise further financing to fuel their ambitious growth plans.
