Our role

In our advisory role, Trustventure guided World Host Group’s Management Team through various aspects of the financial due diligence process. This encompassed providing a comprehensive overview of the transaction scope, legal structure, and the basis of financial preparation. Furthermore, we conducted a detailed analysis of historical revenue, earnings, assets, and liabilities, enabling the management team to assess the company’s financial history.

We also delved into historical cash flow analysis, ensuring any red flags and findings were reported promptly, empowering the management team to take necessary measures.
