What you get

Process steps

  • 1

Definition of investment case & scope of due diligence

We collaboratively define the investment case and the scope of the due diligence process based on our industry and investment stage experience. After defining the respective needs in terms of budget and timeline, we develop an individual offer based on a modular approach.

  • 2

    In-depth data and desk analysis

Preparation of an initial information request, subsequent data requests, data analysis, and evaluation, as well as the management of the Q&A process and follow-up discussions with the target's management.

  • 3

    Management interviews and Q&A session

The findings of the data analysis are discussed with the target's management team. Their explanation of critical points is then shared in a management presentation.

  • 4

Due Diligence Report for investors and recommendations for action

The core analyses and findings are summarized and clearly presented in a comprehensive due diligence report, and a final recommendation for action is then issued.
