Marlon is Co-Founder and Partner at Trustventure.

At Trustventure, Marlon focuses on M&A, fundraises and due diligence as well as valuation as the point of contact for VC and PE Funds.

In addition, his experience in the areas of growth strategy and finance structures makes him a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and management teams on finance execution issues.

Prior to Trustventure, Marlon gained experience in advising corporate turnarounds and restructurings as well as private equity and M&A transactions.

He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Law from WWU Münster and an LLM. in Mergers & Acquisitions from Frankfurt School of Finance. In addition, Marlon is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and member of the EACVA/NAVCA as well as mentor for Techstars London, Digitalhub Bonn and Scale-Up.NRW.
