    Investment readiness assessment

    During a brief due diligence and investment readiness assessment, we identify critical action points before initiating the transaction process and collaboratively develop potential solutions with the management. Additionally, we formulate the process plan for the upcoming transaction.

    Development of the equity story

    Together with our clients, we develop a holistic equity story that runs through the entire transaction and financing process.

    Preparation of documentation

    Once the equity story is finalized, all relevant documents are prepared in an investor-friendly manner, including pitch and teaser decks, financial models, company valuation, cap table, and investor lists. In addition, we also stand closely alongside the management team during the transaction and financing process to assist with any ad-hoc analyses and documentation required.
