In order to consistently maintain a high level of transparency regarding the financial development of portfolio companies as well as the effects of individual decisions, we support the development of dependable controlling and reporting processes. This saves valuable management resources and at the same time ensures the clarity of information needed by all stakeholders.

Regular reporting creates clarity for the management and the shareholders and thus ensures long-term confidence in the fund’s performance.

Together with our portfolio companies, we implement, maintain and sharpen controlling and reporting tools. Through individual coordination regarding the appropriate data infrastructure, relevant information and reporting frequency, we create optimal solutions for smooth integration into existing workflows.
